The successful introduction and use of any intelligent mailing equipment depends on its versatility and ability to do its job easily within specification. inTelmail exploreneT can offer a range of advisory and technical services which can contribute to the smooth installation and running of an intelligent mailing operation. Most of the following services are provided free of charge as part of an order for equipment.

Site Planning
Advice relating to the layout of an intelligent mailing operation with regard to work flow and logistics is available prior to installation testing and commissioning of equipment.

Staff Training
Operational and I.T. staff can, if required, be introduced to the concept of intelligent mailing and the running and operation of a high volume document production facility.

Documents
Advice is given at any time relating to the suitability of material to be processed. This includes the design of proper envelopes, enclosures, and prime documents, and/or the design of Barcode or OMR coding and correct print positions.

Implementation
If required, an inTelmail Project Management Team, in cooperation with a Customers Project Management and IT Team, can coordinate and report all activities on a scheduled basis over the installation period.

Operator Training
Operator training for the intelligent mailing equipment can be provided for two persons of suitable ability during the warranty period. A periodic assessment and completion report will be prepared for operators in training.

Advanced Training
Advanced training is available for suitable staff during, or after the warranty period. After warranty training and any additional costs will be charged for.

Phone Support
Many problems can be fixed over our Help Line at no cost.

Software
Locally made Software is readily available for standard or special needs.

Remanufacture & Upgrade
A suitable system can be upgraded as required to extend its use, or can be remanufactured to extend its life span.

Speciality Engineering
inTelmail will design and manufacture special attachments to suit unusual applications.
