There are several control code reading applications including the standard Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) reading and barcode reading. Barcode reading (BCR) is recommended as this enables real time, personalised monitoring and accountability on a sheet-by-sheet basis. BCR also allows for database processing and full networking potential.

High-speed mail processing is sometimes best served with continuous print applications, and inTelmail’s proven solutions allow for the most appropriate paper conversion method from continuous print (1-up or 2-up, portrait or landscape, simplex or duplex) to a cut-sheet, which is then handled automatically through any inTelmail Feeder.

The Folding Module enables an accumulated document set from 1 to 8 sheets to be folded into three, an accumulated document set of up to 12 pages to be folded in half, and can also accumulate flat sheet document sets up to the capacity of the envelope.

inTelmail modular Feeders may be configured on-line or off-line, to process single page, multiple page and multiple print stream documents. Feeders - Flat sheet

A Feeder

The A Feeder is a flat-sheet Feeder with single accumulator. The A Feeder is designed to be used as a stand-alone unit or in a full system configuration.

The A Feeder verifies and separates high volume, variable and fixed count page sets of large unfolded documents. The A Feeder is capable of feeding and accumulating documents at 60,000 sheets per hour, and can accumulate up to 999 sheets.

AA Feeder

The AA Feeder is a flat-sheet Feeder with double accumulator, designed to accumulate unfolded document sets at maximum speed.

The AA Feeder is ideal for mailing applications involving single stream, high page count unfolded document sets, as the double accumulation process is continuous while the inserter runs, allowing higher throughput rates.

DAS Feeder

The DAS Feeder is designed to feed and accumulate and merge two streams of flat sheets.

The merged document sets can then be stitched, delivered to an inkjet transport or linked in-line with other Feeders and inserters.

AM Feeder

The AM Feeder is a sheet feeder with single accumulator, designed to be mounted above the track of most continuous flow processing equipment (inserters, plastic wrapping systems etc).

The AM Feeder can accumulate up to 25 flat sheets before dumping the accumulated set in to the work stream.

HCF Feeder

The HCF Feeder is a sheet feeder specifically modified for document sets with a high sheet count.

Feeders – Folding module

VAF Feeder

The VAF Feeder is a sheet feeder / accumulator / folder that can operate as a stand-alone unit or in a full mail processing configuration linked on line with other Feeders and an inserter. The VAF Feeder can feed, read, accumulate and fold at up to 60,000 sheets per hour.

The VAF Feeder can accumulate up to 8 sheets double fold and up to 12 sheets single fold.

DAF Feeder

The DAF Feeder incorporates two sheet feeders to enable accurate matching and merging of accumulated forms from two input streams before folding them together.

The DAF Feeder can feed, read, accumulate and fold at up to 80,000 sheets per hour. Once merged and accumulated, the DAF Feeder can fold up to 8 sheets double fold and up to 12 sheets single fold.

The MF Feeder is a feeder designed for feeding a range of media, including envelopes booklets, cards etc.
