Overview - Intelligent Mailing Systems

The inTelmail range of Intelligent Mailing Systems includes the C5 Intelligent Mailing System and C4 Intelligent Mailing System, which are the most versatile, professional quality, heavy-duty inserters available.

An inTelmail Intelligent Mailing System can be supplied with up to 20 insert hoppers and provision to accept one or more of the inTelmail range of intelligent Prime Document Feeders. inTelmail systems are widely used in commercial mailing houses, and are well known for their high productivity, extremely reliable performance, and ability to handle difficult or poor quality materials.

Utilising proven, time-tested methods of paper handling provides many advantages for processing mail. Suitable size inserts, and carrier envelopes are individually separated by vacuum, and pulled from their hoppers by timed mechanical grippers. With each cycle the machine will gather a set of inserts being used, and insert and seal each set into the envelopes at high speed. An electronic detection system stops the machine instantly if a double feed occurs, or the machine runs out of material etc. The flow path of materials is at waist height along the top of the inserter providing a full view and easy fast access to the work. There is no need to remove covers or to reach under the machine to correct a feed fault should one occur.

inTelmail also offers a complete range of Production Options and Attachments that provide simple solutions for Auto Loading of prime document pages, Auto Traying of filled envelopes, inline Inkjet Printing of filled envelopes, Document Integrity systems for verification, auditing and reporting of jobs, prime Document Matching between multiple input streams and inserts, Database Processing for maximum integrity of jobs and networking of multiple systems. inTelmail provide and will develop Integrated Solutions to suit specific applications.
